Our history
Mr. Deals grew into the business we are today.
What started with one retail location has grown to three stores across Indiana, including two large Indianapolis warehouses of approximately 45,000 square feet each, plus roughly 40,000 square feet of additional storage and distribution space.
Liquidation and home improvement are at the heart of what we do. Our 34th Street location has a strong focus on merchandise from Home Depot and other home-improvement inventory — tools, flooring, tile, cabinets, doors, windows, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, outdoor products and much more.
Our owner, Erik Botts, also loves buying the contents of buildings, which adds another layer to what shows up in our stores. Those purchases can bring in commercial equipment, fixtures, unusual merchandise and things you wouldn't normally expect to find in a home-improvement liquidation warehouse.
We’ve grown considerably since that first store, while the treasure-hunt part of the business has stayed the same: new truckloads, constantly changing inventory and no telling what might show up next.
